I finally went to another Cars and Coffee today. I was not disappointed. I went with a friend in an ‘85 Jeep, but more on the Jeep later.
Fiat of Birmingham is going to be an Alfa dealer. So they brought out a 4C.
(And if you asked super nicely, they’d let you sit in it)
(It’s ungraceful to get in and out of, but it’s super comfortable once you’re there)
I know nothing about this next one so I’ll just post pics.
A Mini.
And now for more pics that I didn’t sort.
And now about the Jeep. It’s a 1985 with the straight 6, 4 speed and a transfer case. I expected it to be terrible in terms of ride quality, but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. In terms of driving, it wasn’t bad. I hadn’t driven a stick car more than once before, and this didn’t make re-learning any easier. It was kinda hard to tell if the car was in gear, and the clutch took some getting used to. I stalled it a good number of times, but eventually got it down. It’s the most fun I think I’ve ever had.

Tri-Rotor RX-7... That actually looks like an awesome C&C, so many Japanese tuner cars!

There was the usual muscle guys and a load of C7 Corvettes, but I didn't grab pics of any except the Challenger with the massive turbo
